Pidgin 2.7.10 released!

Hi all,

Sorry for the delay in notification--I've been busy with work and needing to
sleep.  But I did manage to release Pidgin 2.7.10 this past Sunday evening.
This release is mostly a bugfix release, although none of these bugfixes solves
the recent MSN issues.  There is a tiny security fix in this release as well, to
correct a potential local information disclosure in libpurple's cipher code.
