It's been suggested (by Ethan, IIRC, and maybe others) that we use
tailor to dump the mtn repository's "HEAD" into SVN for casual
developers to use. That seems like a decent stop-gap until Monotone gets
shallow checkouts, which I'm hoping it will. Ethan, do you have any idea
if the Monotone developers are working on shallow checkouts?
