Eh.  You can mark a ticket as "Resolved: Duplicate".  That's  
basically it.

Yes. You can comment "Duplicate of #445" when marking a ticket as  
duplicate of ticket #445, along with closing it as duplicate.  #445  
will be automatically linked to the appropriate ticket.

Ticket links are rendered in strikethrough if they are closed and  
show the ticket's title on hover.
