[Cabal] Trac access and email addresses

1) Could someone please give me trac write access? username: evands

2) Can we set up email forwarding addresses with the hosting we  
have?  @pidgin.im forwarders for developers would be nice - among  
other things, it makes it clear who is speaking for the project in a  
semi-authoritative sense and who is just ramblin' on mailing lists.
