Yes, I have read the policy.

If it is, then they should respond to my inquiries with a simple "it's
for liability reasons". I suspect it's actually because they're owned
by eBay, which also has a blanket policy against firearms. I suspect
both are for political reasons, based on past statements made by eBay.

I really am serious about not using paypal due to this issue. I have
ceased my own dealings with them.
