I need to learn to proofread...  Anyways, gaim.pc.in STILL exists, that
needs to go bye bye.  And the libpurple.pc.in should have been
libpurple-uninstalled.pc.in.  Also, is there any reason we've put those
in their subdirectories and not in $(top_srcdir)?  As far as
compatibility, not sure what is necessary yet since I haven't gotten
that far yet ;)
