[Cabal] mtn upgrade

Monotone on homing.pidgin.im was just upgraded to 0.32. That
shouldn't affect netsync connections, but if you have any databases on
homing, you'll have to upgrade them with 'mtn db migrate' and 'mtn db
regenerate_caches'. This improves the speed of 'mtn annotate' and
'mtn log <file>' *greatly* (to lightning fast!), knocking off one of
the major limitations listed on the wiki. You might want to make this
upgrade on your own box; this will require libboost-serialization,
which should _not_ be required for 0.33 when it is released. If
you're running a server, note that 'mtn serve' no longer takes a
pattern to serve as an argument, this is handled entirely by the
netsync permission hooks.

I think I've fixed up everything important on homing (including trac),
but holler if I've missed something.
