[Cabal] im.pidgin.pidgin open for business

The branch im.pidgin.pidgin is created and ready for use.  For the
interested, it was created with:

mtn approve -b im.pidgin.pidgin 2d62a984e3f56b339b378033cdd00213252f0a92

This means that it is exactly the same as the beta6 tag right now (as
one would expect).  I should have sent this last night, sorry.
