[Cabal] im.pidgin.pidgin open for business

'mtn pull pidgin.im im.pidgin.pidgin' (or im.pidgin*, what I use; you
can also do 'mtn set database default-include-pattern im.pidgin*') to
pull it to your database (right now it's a single cert).

Then, for any workspace you want to update, do 'mtn up -b
im.pidgin.pidgin'.  This is just like 'svn switch someotherbranch'.

My understanding from Sean is that there will be no more commits to
svn on sourceforge.net.  It is officially dead.
