I like 4 and 9 ok.  In general I like the little tuft of hair sticking up, I
like round eyes, and the least amount of emotion possible.  And the ones
closer to the bottom look funky to me with their arms curling inward... I just
keep getting the impression their trying to show off a large bosom. 
Especially 22, 23 and 24.
