Fixed!  It now says:

Pidgin is a GTK+ instant messaging application for Windows and Unix. It
supports AIM, ICQ, Jabber/XMPP, MSN, Yahoo!, Bonjour, Gadu-Gadu, IRC, QQ,
SILC, SIMPLE and more. See http://pidgin.im/about.php for more information.
