Prefix to subject line

I don't think I've ever posted to the devel list but read almost everything
that comes in. I used to filter by the subject on the old devel list but
the subject prefix did cut off meaningful information. Now I'm just
filtering by the "To:" line into another folder. It's easier and keeps
things easier to read.
