Pidgin question.

I use pidgin under both linux and windows.
In linux all ok, but under windows I have the following undesired behavior:
if no chats are opened in case fo somebody write me new suddenly window
appears when user send message. Under linux just system tray icon changes.
How can I disable this behavior? (external modules are off)
