Where can I download Finch?

Finch is part of the normal pidgin release.

It doesn't work on Windows - there is no ncurses implementation on Windows.

I'm not aware of any other similar clients that work on Windows.

You can, however run finch in a terminal if you have shell access to a
machine that it works on.
