Pidgin version used: 2.1.1
OS: Windows XP SP2

This bug is listed as "definitely fixed" on the Trac page. I have
still encountered problems with it. In Pidgin 2.0.2 IMs and channel
windows had separate default sizes when tabs were off. In 2.1.0 and 1
all default sizes were set to that of the last closed window. The
third-party plugin ExtPos gave the ability to have all windows set to
the same size when opened but I haven't found a way to have it
separate IMs and channels.
