How to turn on the Closed Chat Window reminder?

Hello,
I have a question when I using Pidgin 2.1.0 version.

If I am chatting with friend B and friend B closed the chat window, how 
could I know he closed the chat window?
How to turn on the Closed Chatting Window reminder?

I remember I can see this reminder message in Gaim.
For now, I didn't see it.  So, i think maybe i need to turn on & config 
it.
