about the MSN protocol support in Pidgin

Hello:

I was wondering, does Pidgin have MSN message notification support?  Like
when someone adds me onto his MSN contacts list, is Pidgin able to notify
that to me via a pop-up message like in MSN Messenger?

And also, I was wondering, does Pidgin have support for VoIP and SIP?

Finally, I would like to ask, when is the QQ protocol support going to be
fixed?
