Unresolved symbol: oscar_data_addhandler

Hi guys.
I'm writing a search plugin for pidgin. Currently i am trying to
implement only oscar support but hopefully with some help it
will support other protocols too.
My question is the following:
I tried to add handler for SNAC(0x15,0x03) in the plugin.
It compiles fine, but when I start pidgin, the plugin doesn't load.
In plugins dialog it reads:
Error: undefinded symbol: oscar_data_addhandler
What's wrong? Pidgin is compiled with oscar prpl, so this function
should be there?
