If SFLC is considered a charity, I'd go for it.

I suppose "charity" has a certain legal definition that's probably
different from my brain's definition of it. I'll ask Ross Turk from
sf.net what kind of charity he means. It seems a bit...
non-charitable... to give to an organization that essentially benefits
us, which all of IMF, SFLC, EFF, and FSF do.
