That's a good point. For the default placement, it's really just a
race condition what size the window gets created at; and if you resize
the window, which do we update?  Separate sizing really only makes
sense for separate IMs and Chats.

Proper handling would have to be done in the placement method. I'll
let Etan do it ;)
