2.1.0 release

This evening, I attempted to release 2.1.0. I uploaded the tarball and
bz2ball to upload.sf.net, but the file release system will not let me
get at them.

I've also uploaded those files to my home directory on the sf.net
shell server, as sf.net's documentation recommends if you are unable
to use their file release system normally.

The sha1sums of the two files are:

Additionally, I have tagged the release in monotone.
