Build failure in jabber

Thanks Mark - iconv.h resides in /usr/include also.  I am perplexed on why the compiler couldn't locate it, so I had to hack it with a soft link in the pidgin directory to get it to work, but I don't like that fix.

Do you have an iconv.h in your include path?  I could be wrong, but it looks
like /usr/include/libxml2/libxml/encoding.h is trying to use something from
iconv.h that hasn't been defined.  For me this file lives at /usr/include/iconv.h
