Fixing presence icons, was Re: I HATE the lack of protocol icons

I once suggested using the current Person/Group icon for available. Because
1. Pidgin is about people, and 2. available is the most neutral status
there is, it
makes sense to me to use a small figure here (and it blends nicely with
the chat icon).
