Intro & broken link info

Hi All

    I'm new to the list & Pidgin and looking forward to using it.

    I've noticed several links on the site were broken both in FireFox & IE.

    They were:

   1. http://pidgin.im/pidgin/help/keyboard_shortcuts
   2. http://pidgin.im/pidgin/help/protocols
   3. http://pidgin.im/pidgin/help/getting_a_backtrace
   4. http://pidgin.im/pidgin/news/blogs/beta7
   5. etc. On the blog links.

    I would be interested in trying the beta as well but could not find 
where to download.

    Thanks for reading and any assistance I might get re the beta.
