Hm. Perhaps my bad, then. Though I did go through every tab of the
preferences dialogue twice before sending this message.

You might contemplate "View" instead of show; there's a possiblity that
that might have guided me in the right direction when I scanned the
Buddies menu. But then again, maybe that's just me.

Sorry for the bother.

(I still like the Gaim UI graphics better, though. I suspect I'm just
going to be considered weird on that one.)
