Request: task bar entry title

Checking out what Google Talk does... it shows the title of the most 
recently received IM. Makes sense.

I guess that's ok, but it actually requires me to move my mouse in order 
to see it.

Honestly, the current task bar title really doesn't add much value to my 
IM experience.
