libpurple php binding

so, since we have the callback function with the $message, we can save it or 
do with it whatever we want. 

or .. can you please explain (may be by giving an example) the idea with c/s, 
b/s? I'm just trying to implement the libpurple functionality, but naturally 
the big question is - how to use it for the web the best way.
