Strings in libpurple (and Pidgin and Finch) which are to be displayed to
the user are translated at run-time into the appropriate language for
the user by a library called gettext[0].  (On Unix-like systems, the
locale is set with the $LANG environment variable.)  It's normal to
define a macro called _ as shorthand for calling the gettext() function;
so _("SSL Certificate Verification") evaluates to the translation of
"SSL Certificate Verification" into the user's language.

So, if you want to examine the title passed to
PurpleRequestUiOps.request_action as Mark suggested, you'll need to
compare it with _("SSL Certificate Verification") rather than "SSL
Certificate Verification".  (Unless you disable gettext.)
