If you have a nightly snapshot of the repository you really don't need to
bother with updating. Just apply your patch and use that. I'm not even sure
there were any changes to the msnp14 branch since last night.
In any case, you're using a possibly unstable branch with a 3rd party patch,
so hopefully stability isn't what you're after.
