HTML in MySpace prpl

Jeff,

I'm adding support for your MySpace prpl in Adium, and I've run into
an oddity I was wondering if you could shed light upon.

This is while sending to myself... I don't have any MySpace contacts
but am rather just testing it out before deploying it. Here's a
message which demonstrates what I'm seeing:
http://evands.penguinmilitia.net/myspace_prob_1.png

(The first message of each pair is the outgoing one; it's then
mirrored back as received).

And here's a simpler reduction. The first message, 'Simple', has no
formatting of any sort applied, though it is still HTML encoded so
looks like "<HTML>Simple</HTML>".

Debug log showing it take <HTML>Simple</HTML> and make it into
Simple
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) msim_convert_xmlnode: got root=HTML
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) ** node data=Simple
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) msim_markup_xmlnode_to_gtkhtml: RETURNING
Simple
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) ** node name=HTML
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) msim_markup_xmlnode_to_gtkhtml: RETURNING
Simple
16:18:20: (Libpurple: msim) msim_markup_to_html: returning
Simple
Debug log showing it handling <HTML><B>Bold</B></HTML>

16:19:48: (Libpurple: msim) ** node name=B

16:19:48: (Libpurple: msim) ** node name=HTML
16:19:48: (Libpurple: msim) msim_markup_xmlnode_to_gtkhtml: RETURNING

16:19:48: (Libpurple: msim) msim_markup_to_html: returning
<f
s='1'>Bold</f>
16:19:48: (Libpurple: msim) sending 1 message from evan.s at dreskin.net
to tekjew:
<f s='1'>Bold</f>
Thoughts?
