API docs updated nightly

I think we can actually have the best of both worlds here.
TracDoxygen supports having docs for several branches:
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/DoxygenPlugin#ConfiguringTrac describes how
to set it up for a "stable" and a "devel" branch.
