Bounty for voice/video support in Pidgin

I've created the start of subprojects. You can find them on the parent
project page here:

The voice projects are subprojects of the video projects, because video
implies audio support as well. (Who wants video without sound?)

Please, by all means, if you are interested in this, propose
improvements to the requirements. Then I can start allocating money from
the parent project to the subprojects.
