Pidgin window (backing store) get corrupted with MSVDM...

Folks has any one tried the power toy MSVDM and pidgin besides me.
The buddy window and chat windows get corrupted so you can't see the
tab's or pull down menus when switching between vitural windows.
Any update on this issue?
