Release date for 2.5.3

It would be good, if a native speaker would check the I18N strings in QQ 
protocol plugin. I already found some spelling errors there and fixed 
them with revision 2d203a89c855916b5c37a95cc1869c15b24f812c. But there 
are probably some more problems.
