increasing default entry textbox height

I've just checked the settings with IRC and it works fine for me. After
I close the conversation tab or the whole window or pidgin the next time
I open a new IRC chat the size is restored.
It seems that pidgin uses a different size for chat and for IM windows.

Im Using Pidgin 2.3.0
