ICQ connection problem

Apparently Pidgin can't connect to ICQ right now?  Ka-Hing tells me
Stu has a patch up at
http://nosnilmot.com/pidgin/pidgin-2.4.2-icq6.patch.  There's also a
patch in our ticket for this: http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/6220

I'm ungodly busy today, but if either of these patches work could
someone please check one of them in and cut a release from the 2.4.3
branch?  It's possible they'll cause other functionality to stop
working, but it's certainly an improvement over not being able to sign
in.  Thanks!
