Firstly, the voice and video branch doesn't support video just yet,
except for the preference/preview. If you want to try the preference,
or for when it does support video, the easiest way to use a video loop
to test it would be to go into the gstreamer-properties program,
select the Video tab, and change the Plugin for Default Input to "Test
Input". Then, in Pidgin, choose "Default" for the video plugin.
Provided you have the gstreamer-properties program.
