[ANN] msn-pecan 0.0.13 released

Hi everyone,

Being the main author of the MSN plug-in in Pidgin I got tired of
being neglected from the development. So I started a fork.

The project aims to have a much faster development process, low
barrier for contributions, and close contact with the user-base.

This release brings much improved support for the Hotmail service and
aliases, which are now local, server-side support is optional. There's
also massive code cleanups, but hopefully you won't notice them ;)

 * Fixed initial unread mails notifications
 * Properly renew the mail credentials
 * Make server-side aliases a configuration option
