If I'm reading that right, "Deployment Support" is 3 years extending 
from the end of "Full Support."  Or a total of 6 years after a redhat 
release.  I'd say we should only handle the 3 years of "Full Support" 
mode in head, and relgate anything else to bug-fix only side branches. 
For example releasing a 2.4.x 9 months from now if need be long after 
we've moved on to 2.5 or 3.x.
