the api document for pidgin not work

Dear friends,

why the api for pidgin not work?

no matter what i input , for example, "purple_plugins_get_protocols" function, i want to find the definition of purple_plugins_get_protocols function, it soppose to be a function in pidgin, but the search engine just returns no matches.

what is the reason?
