support for webcam viewing and voip

I'll commit $500 to project and possibly a lot more if we can get 
commitments on adding video/voip.

We have a customer using Pidgin on about 400 Windows desktops with about 
another 400 using iChat on the Mac.  The Pidgin users are envious!
