I'm glad to see people stepping up to work on the QQ stuff. For any
committers, we'll need the following information:

1. Real name for the about box, etc.
2. Monotone public key

I'd also like to strongly suggest that everyone involved join this list
and hang out in #pidgin on irc.freenode.net if they're not already.
