Some of you may be aware that there is a bug in the trac attachment patch markup where it "eats" parts of patches. (http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/5842) I've backported the new code from the trac 0.11 stability branch to fix the issue in our trac instance. Please let me know if you see any more issues with this. -D
