why internal.h file not included in pidgin-devel package

That's because libpurple's public API is for clients, not for protocol
plugins (maybe general plugins).

I have been including internal.h in msn-pecan until recently, you
really don't want all the mess that it's there, it's better to cherry
pick what's needed.

Do you know exactly why you need internal.h?
