unable to send IM to msn and icq.

Hi All,

I am trying to send the IM through purple-remote, it works fine
from the gmail, yahoo and aol.
but it does not work for the msn and icq.
I have tryed as follows.

1) Below one works.
/usr/local/bin/purple-remote "yahoo:goim?screenname=pingme001&message=test"

2) Below one does not works.
/usr/local/bin/purple-remote "msn:goim?screenname=vijay800pbx at hotmail.com
&message=test"
/usr/local/bin/purple-remote "msn:goim?screenname=vijay800pbx&message=test"
/usr/local/bin/purple-remote "icq:goim?screenname=371493263&message=test"

Can any one suggest us what might be the problem and the possible solution.

Any help is highly appreciated.
