I agree whole-heartedly. After the SoC ends, the people involved in the
projects can decide whether to stick with mtn or convert to something else.
It's rather trivial now to switch from mtn to hg or git for anyone who wants to
do so, and I should be able to help with a conversion to hg.

For the record, I created vulture.rekkanoryo.org last year before we lost our
Windows UI student, and I had fully intended that it would be a starting point
for one of the UI projects once the SoC was complete this year. After a very
brief discussion in #pidgin tonight, I'm thinking that the project I'm mentoring
should be the one that becomes Vulture, assuming Gregor doesn't mind. I'm also
getting the impression we wanted to call Wade's project "Dodo" or something
similar (unless anyone has a cute bird-themed name that isn't already someone
else's trademark), again assuming Wade doesn't mind.
