AIM and ICQ accounts are not connecting to pidgin

Hmm, "Authentication Failed" is really just the class of the
connection error.  There should be a more detailed error message
somewhere that describes the problem in more detail.  It Pidgin it
would be displayed at the bottom of the buddy list.
