Hello, I am student of Nikolaev State University, and active user of
Pidgin. I wanted to propose the idea of development native Windows
GUI, but as this already proposed, what can I do to take this task and
participate in this year's GSOC. I have experience of developing in
C/MFC, C#/.NET, Java, Python and have participated in last year's
Google Highly Open Participation. Thank you.
