Fixing trac

All,

As you have likely noticed, our trac is nearly unusable, and none of us
seem to have time to baby sit it.

I propose that we ask IM Freedom to hire someone to look into fixing
our trac, and figure out what can be done to keep it running smoothly
even under load.

Better ideas welcome.
