Optional reducton of colors in chat

Hi, 

Here is a new updated version of my patch against pidgin 2.5.5
It adds a preference to use a single color for all nicks in multiuser
chats.
The last time I sent it nobody even looked at it, so I'm hoping for
better luck this time.
